Shipping & Returns


We are happy to announce that all our orders, whether domestic or international, now come with wholesale live rates. Live rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

We provide shipping services across New Zealand, Australia, North America Brazil.

- Some courier companies do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a residential or commercial shipping address when placing online orders. If we are unable to ship to a PO Box, we will contact you to request an alternative address.


- We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours to your delivery address.

- If your combined order weight (or size equivalent) exceeds 25kgs, we reserve the right to charge additional freight.

- Freight specials or free freight offers, when available, will also be based on a 25kg limit


Our return policy lasts for 10 days after you receive your item. If you wish to return a product, we have made the process hassle-free for you. All you have to do is follow the guide provided, and we will do our best to make it right for you. We want to ensure that you can get back to fishing without any further delays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions /non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
