My local tackle store doesn't have Wise Angler products. How can I buy locally?
If your local tackle store doesn't carry Wise Angler products, there are a couple of options. First, you can ask the tackle store manager to contact us directly. We will work with them to ensure that our products become available locally. Alternatively, you can send us a message with your location and the name of your local tackle store, and we will be in touch to explore possibilities.
In which markets do you sell Wise Angler products?
Wise Angler products are available in several markets around the world. Currently, we have a strong presence in New Zealand, and recently we have opened up opportunities in Australia, North America and Brazil. We are continuously exploring new markets to make our products more accessible to anglers worldwide.
How long will my shipping take?
We process your order within the day you purchase. For delivery, please allow 3 to 5 days. Metro area overnight. Please note that if your order is being shipped overseas, it may take anywhere from 5 to 15 days to arrive. However, please keep in mind that unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or courier issues, may occur which are out of our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to monitor your package until it is delivered.
Does Wise Angler use any plastic in its packaging?
No, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact. We use only Certified Composability Standards (ASTM6400 and EN1343) packaging, which ensures that our packaging materials are compostable and environmentally friendly. Good for the catch, good for the planet.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
We do offer shipping services worldwide. Our international and domestic customers can choose from standard and free shipping options based on their location and order value. When you place an order, please provide your shipping address, and we will calculate the shipping cost for you at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
We are a business based in New Zealand and we ship our products from the city of sails, Auckland.
Can I buy directly from the Wise Angler website?
