At this year’s Australian Recreational Fishing Foundation (ARFF) Forum, Wise Angler was invited to speak about how sustainability can be authentically embedded into recreational fishing. This recognition reflects our standing as a company fully aligned with the forward-thinking direction of Australian fisheries authorities and respected industry voices—notably those influencing real change in packaging, product development, and environmental protection.

Instead, we use certified compostable packaging that breaks down without polluting our waterways. This commitment has become the standard for every line we develop.

To meet growing demand across the region, Wise Angler Australia was officially launched under the leadership of Paul Bennett, an expert in retail operations and outdoor recreation. With decades of experience and a hands-on understanding of consumer needs, Paul is building bridges between stores, anglers, and responsible product choices.

He’s joined by Leo Vieira, a longtime sustainability strategist and brand leader with deep experience in retail, wholesale, and 360-degree brand activation. Together, Paul and Leo are bringing Wise Angler’s founding values to the forefront in Australia: sustainability in operations, in product development, and in the way we communicate with the community.

Their leadership ensures Wise Angler Australia is more than a distribution hub—it’s a catalyst for change, helping tackle retailers align with the latest government legislation, industry expectations, and environmentally conscious consumers.
